Completed in collaboration with the Statista Institute, a worlwide expert in Online data, Capital has published in its November 2016 issue the results of an in-depth review carried out to assess the perceived quality standards offered by the leading online companies.

To assess the quality of service offered by over 2000 online stores, they conducted a big online survey to 20,000 consumers. The participants had to evaluate the online stores where they had shopped in the last 3-years according to 3 major criteria, which allowed to put a grade on 10 to each online stores :

- the level of quality of the customer service of the online shop

- the level of expertise of the shop in its sector

- the willingness of the consumers to recommend the shop to others.

The results of this survey have been outstanding for La Gourmet Box. With a grade of 7,56 on 10, la Gourmet Box not only is at the vanguard of the French food industry for its quality of service according to the 20,000 customers interviewed for the survey. But we have also been awarded the first place in the Gourmet Food Box section which is with no doubt a great honour for our small but dedicated team!
