LOMO (TENDERLOIN) WITH RED PEPPER (200 - 250 G)

Description: This traditional Spanish delicatessen is made from selected 100% Iberian bellota pork tenderloins (lomo). Marinated with salt and spices - including, of course, red pepper, which gives lomo au poivre rouge its coloring - and stuffed into natural casings, our lomo de bellota undergoes a drying/refining process lasting several months, giving it a very distinctive personality and taste, the hallmark of successful lomos! Cut into thin slices, it's a must for your Spanish aperitifs!

Tasting: take the product out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving to enjoy it at room temperature, then store it in its original packaging in the fridge (0-7ºC).
