To celebrate a special occasion, we've created a 100% vegetarian gourmet gift box filled with products, often organic, from small local artisans, and accompanied by a fine Champagne Grand Cru.
Winemaker: Champagne Maison Launois Père et fils.
If you're a champagne lover, you're in for a real treat! Produced in the heart of the mythical terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, where the Chardonnay grape is king, Champagne brut Launois Père & Fils Réserve draws its finesse from the mineral richness of the chalky soils of Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the few villages classified as a Grand Cru in Champagne.
There are 3 main grape varieties authorized for making Champagne wines: one white (Chardonnay) and 2 blacks: Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, also the king of Burgundy reds. Each has its own specific characteristics, giving champagne wines different characters. Here, we present a Grand Cru blanc de Blanc champagne from what connoisseurs consider to be the best terroir for producing exceptional chardonnay grapes, and therefore the best blanc de blancs in the Champagne AOC: the Côte des Blancs..
We chose our winemaker's Cuvée Réserve because it accurately reflects the purity and tension of the wines from this unique terroir. Maison Launois, a family-run business renowned for its artisanal approach and respect for Champagne traditions, offers us a champagne that is both pure and structured, a true tribute to the typicity of Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The bubbles are very fine and delicate, the color light golden yellow, and this cuvée offers an airy mouthfeel with great acidity and effervescence for a fairly long, acidic, mineral finish. A great opportunity to taste an excellent blanc de blanc.
Enjoy it chilled, of course, at any time of day, and of course as an accompaniment to your gourmet basket: this is truly a champagne of great finesse. The elegant bottle in which it is housed doesn't detract from the pleasure!
Artisan: L'Attelier de Clisson.
For a festive appetizer, black truffles were a must in our festive vegetarian gourmet box...We often find truffle aromas in products where truffles are advertised: here we're right: the integration of the truffle is truly successful.
Simple yet deliciously flavored, these cajous are obviously crunchy and terribly addictive: you'll be telling us all about it!

Here's a gourmet spread that's sure to become a must-have for your vegetarian aperitifs! White Truffle Porcini Cream is delicious spread on toast or lightly toasted brioche. It will melt into the brioche before delighting your palate. You'll find the elegant, rich taste of the porcini mushroom, enhanced by the white truffle that magnificently diffuses its fragrance, all supported by a magnificent texture.
A real delicacy not to be missed for a successful vegetarian aperitif!
Artisan: Biscuiterie Apiflor.
We take you to the border between Cantal and Corrèze, in the village of Madic, where our craftsman makes tasty traditional and ORGANIC shortbread in his bronze molds. He incorporates goat's cheese to give his shortbread a unique taste. Just perfect for an aperitif: a real crispy, gourmet success!
Tasting tip: to bring out the full flavor of these shortbreads, pop them in the oven 2-3 minutes before serving!
Artisan : Le Mas d'Alice.
Peppers aren't necessarily an easy vegetable to showcase in a spread. In this case, Mas d'Alice has pulled off a masterstroke with the combination of peppers and hazelnuts: an explosion of flavor on the palate, and an organic one at that. We love it!
Artisan-grower: Vire Vent de Provence family farm.
Raphaëlle grows her chickpeas organically on her farm and cooks them in her workshop according to a Provencal recipe. Chickpeas are truly her specialty, and her "Poichichade" recipe is a secret blend of AOC Haute Provence olive oil, crushed sesame, lemon juice, garlic and spices... and beautiful chickpeas, of course! Rich in vegetable proteins, this spread is naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, making it suitable for vegetarians and gourmets alike.
This "poichichade", inspired by Lebanese hummus, can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or with fresh vegetable sticks. A taste of the authentic for the veg aperitif!

Discover this delicious vegetarian forest recipe with porcini mushrooms and Bolets, enhanced with a hint of Madagascar pepper to delight your taste buds.
Enjoy it on our gourmet cookies or on small slices of bread. Also ideal hot to accompany rice and fresh pasta.
Artisan Chocolatier: Maison Guinguet.
Our vegetarian box is full of surprises! Beneath this sausage-like appearance lies a delicious almond and hazelnut praline, with nougat, pistachio and almond chips, coated in milk chocolate.
To be sliced into thin strips that young and old alike can let melt under the tongue ... or bite into!
Artisan chocolatier: Maison Guinguet.
A fun, festive format, this envelope hides delicious pralines coated in every color of chocolate.

Artisan: L'Attelier de Clisson.
In this workshop in the heart of Guérande in western France, everything is handcrafted from organic and mostly local ingredients. The dried fruits (the basis of all our recipes) are dried, sweetened, salted, caramelized, spiced... There's something for every taste. For our boxed set, it was the Organic Caramelized Cashews subtly spiced with Kâmpôt Pepper PDO that won us over: original (it's a change from the typical salted cashews), surprising (the peppery note on the caramel makes for a great tasting moment...) and (super!) extra crunchy.
A sweet-savory temptation for lovers of fine gourmet discoveries for a successful sweet-savory vegetarian aperitif.
Artisan chocolatier: Maison Guinguet.
Cabécou may be a goat's milk cheese from the Massif Central, but these little treats only look like it!
Maison Guinguet plays on this discrepancy, offering us cabécous that are in fact delicious morsels that are both crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth, with hazelnut praline, crêpe dentelle and a white chocolate coating... Having fun while enjoying yourself is the magic of Christmas! Young and old alike are in for a treat!
But there won't be enough for everyone!
