An elegant gourmet vegetarian gift box of "Bien-Manger 100% nature" where vegetables are magnified and which will help you, for sure, to fill up with vitamins!
On the menu of our vegetarian and organic gourmet basket, products from (very) small artisans, most of them organic, delicate and original to delight those who love well-worked fruit and vegetables in all their forms. All of this, of course, accompanied by a fine wine, this time an organic red, and a sweet Gourmet Box touch with little details (surprises!) that make our gourmet baskets unique and elegant. For this vegetarian aperitif box, we've selected a number of vegetarian nuggets from the region that can be nibbled, spread, crunched and even drunk for a great tasting experience in a carefully presented vegetarian box to delight recipients. One (or more!) quality vegetarian aperitifs in prospect!
Winemaker: Jérôme Esteve, Château Montfin.
On the hills of Peyriac de mer, in a magnificent setting, Carignan and Grenache vines flourish in the sunshine. Organic since 2011, Jérôme Esteve offers us a wine of astonishing quality at these price levels. The name of this cuvée, Sur Pilotis, evokes the magnific stroll "on stilts" that crosses Peyriac de Mer's ponds, where pink flamingos frolic. To take this path is to experience an incredible feeling of freedom, with the exhilarating sensation of walking on water..
This cuvée combines freshness, fruitiness and lightness, with a hint of iodine from the vineyard's proximity to the sea. An expressive nose of ripe fruit, strawberry and bigarreau, the palate has a very supple attack that opens onto the fruit, well supported by very soft tannins with a pretty finish with a hint of spice.
This is a wine for pleasure, a gourmet wine, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif to accompany the tasting of your aperitif box, or with grilled meats, stuffed vegetables or spicy dishes.
An expressive, fruity Corbières of great finesse to drink on any occasion!
Recommended serving temperature: 18º.
Artisan-grower: Vire Vent de Provence family farm.
Raphaëlle grows her chickpeas organically on her farm and cooks them in her workshop according to a Provencal recipe. Chickpeas are truly her specialty, and her "Poichichade" recipe is a secret blend of AOC Haute Provence olive oil, crushed sesame, lemon juice, garlic and spices... and beautiful chickpeas, of course! Rich in vegetable proteins, this spread is naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, making it suitable for vegetarians and gourmets alike.
This "poichichade", inspired by Lebanese hummus, can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or with fresh vegetable sticks. A taste of the authentic for a vegetarian aperitif rich in flavour!
Artisan-baker: Les Mignoteries
There are lots of breadsticks out there, but with this crunch and taste... Very few, we can tell you.
Made to the highest standards by our family-run cookie factory in the Ardèche region of France, with all-natural ingredients and no preservatives, you're sure to enjoy nibbling on them as they are, or dipping them in one of our delicious spreads.
Artisan: Angèle Saveurs.
The ORGANIC black olive, the green olive that we've left to ripen (because yes, all black olives are green!), is magnified by our craftsman's handcrafted tapenade, made using only organically grown products (capers, garlic, lemon juice and chili in addition to the olives).
Enjoy it simply on a piece of bread as an aperitif to savor its unique taste, or why not as a filling for a puff pastry or stuffing for rabbit, for example!
Artisan: Le Domaine de Scipion, Chantal and Emmanuel Thienpont.
All of our artisan condiments are handcrafted from vegetables and fruit grown on their own farm or chosen from a trusted neighboring producer: quality is appreciated in the mouth!
Like gherkins, but more elaborate, with a very refined taste, you can enjoy zucchinis with a hint of turmeric as an aperitif, or to enhance raclette or terrines. Not everyone enjoys zucchinis, but when prepared in this way, we've had nothing but positive feedback!
Artisan: Le Mas d'Alice, artisanal cannery from Provence
Based in L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Provence, our artisan has been committed to Corporate Social Responsibility since 1979. He offers us authentic spreads of exceptional taste quality, organic, 100% natural, with no additives or flavoring (natural or synthetic).
For this typical Provence recipe, red peppers picked when ripe bring their sweetness to hazelnuts, whose round, woody flavor is a perfect match for the peppers' hint of acidity. The hazelnut also makes the bell pepper easier to digest. An explosion of flavor!
Artisan: Biscuiterie Papillon Bio, Ardèche.
Discovered recently, these breadstick-like cookies have really won us over: crunchy, of course, and ideal for savoring as a spread or to munch on when you're feeling a bit peckish, but above all, they taste wonderful. It's very rare to be able to give a real taste of thyme and good olive oil to a dry cake, and we tasted a lot of them.

Artisan Chocolatier: Maison Guinguet.
Our sweet box is full of surprises! Beneath this sausage-like appearance lies a delicious almond and hazelnut praline, with nougat, pistachio and almond chips, coated in milk chocolate.
To be sliced into thin strips that young and old alike can let melt under the tongue ... or bite into!
Artisan chocolatier: Maison Guinguet.
A fun, festive format, this envelope hides delicious pralines coated in every color of chocolate.
Gourmets are in for a treat for a festive aperitif-dinner party!
And as usual, because La Gourmet Box takes care of the details, there are a few little extras (surprises!) waiting for you when you open your gift box. One thing's for sure: this gourmet box has been specially designed for vegetarians, but everyone will devour it without counting the calories!
